Q - How long does shipping take?
Items usually ship within a week. Please be extra patient for orders outside of the US - international orders can sometimes take a few weeks to be delivered.
Q - Do you ship to [my country]?
Most likely yes! If you type in your address in at checkout, you can view shipping options and prices before checking out.
Q - I placed an order, how do I modify/cancel it?
Once an order is placed, the sale is final. You can email me and I will try my best to accommodate your request, but I can't guarantee it.
Q - Do you accept returns/exchanges/refunds?
No, but I will help if you do not receive your order, or receive an incorrect or damaged item. In those cases, please email me: vewnemailer@gmail.com
Q - How do I figure out what size to buy?
All clothing is standard unisex sizing. There is a size guide for each item - please read it closely if you aren't sure what size to order. Note that measurements are taken with the garment lying flat.
Q - How do I track my order?
You should receive a shipping confirmation right after you place your order, and a follow up email with the tracking link within a week from ordering.
Q - Why did only part of my order ship?
Items in the 'limited' collection are made in small batches and I ship them personally from my home, while the 'merch' items are made-to-order and ship from the printing press shop directly. Additionally, the prints ship in separate packaging in order to keep the paper intact. If your order is split up, you will receive separate tracking links for each part of your order. Feel free to reach out if you aren't sure.
